Unified Home Networking demonstration that includes two Panasonic
IP network cameras, a Panasonic home gateway, and software from

mobility solution at the Cisco Systems Internet Home and Mobility
Executive Briefing Center. |

The solution
will interface with Crestron system equipment to control elements
of the lighting, A/V, blinds, and HVAC systems through a PDA
over wireless 802.11b connection. It includes a residential
gateway running eTango @ttract Home Gateway Software.
The Executive Briefing center is located at Cisco Headquarters
in San Jose, CA. |

solution featuring eTango @ttract Internet Home Software. |

command, monitoring and control services are integrated in eTango's
@ttract Internet Home portal software using Echelon's recently
announced LonWorks OSGi service bundle running on a ServGate
gateway. Through the home portal users can control the microwave,
receive real-time energy metering/consumption information from
the WattNode, turn a space heater on or off, and control both
direct and scene-selectable lighting. |
